Our 18 year old home had serviceable builder grade bathrooms badly in need of updating. John showed up on time and was very professional in his approach to our remodel. He was very organized with spreadsheets that were used for the entire project. His subs showed up when scheduled and were all skilled in their work. If any deviations in the schedule or supplies came up, we were notified in a timely manner and kept fully advised. We always knew well ahead of time when draws were needed. On completion, we were provided with a listing of expenditures and very pleased that despite a few overages, we came in under budget! We think this is largely due to John’s experience and work ethic. You can count on him & trust what he tells you. And now we have beautiful custom bathrooms! ~ Hazel M

We signed up with John to remodel our master bath shower stall to make it larger, more accessible, a bit more luxurious and safer. While we expected this to be a relatively simple, straightforward project, we encountered a fair share of issues. Ultimately, the project was completed and the results are beautiful. The road was bumpy, but John addressed every issue with subs quickly and effectively. His communication was excellent, he was always responsive, and perhaps most importantly, calm, which it turn was calming for us. We recently had two baths remodeled and interior paint throughout the house. This was our second remodel job with John, the kitchen was first, and as impressed as we were the first job we were equally impressed this time. He lays everything out in a precise manner before work begins and everything went like clockwork. The workers were true craftsmen, always on time, polite, and cleaned up each day before leaving. We used BV Contractors for a deck addition and to add a long set of stairs that connected our upper deck to our lower deck and then extended to the base of our back yard. John was great and easy to work with, his foreman Terry and crew were awesome and respectful which made it a pleasure to have them onsite every day. This past year, my husband and I decided it was time to update our 16 year-old home. We needed to remodel our master bath, replace our kitchen backsplash and have the cabinets painted, and needed our entire interior painted including trim. As a designer, I am very picky about the people I allow in my home and have high expectations regarding the quality of work done. I can say without hesitation that I would hire John again and recommend him to my own design clients. He was quick to understand our needs, provide a reasonable quote, and then once we decided to go forward, he provided me with a detailed schedule of what work would be done, and when. This is almost unheard of in the world of remodeling! He stuck to the schedule, and all his tradesmen not only showed up on time, but did quality work, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Our house feels and looks like a brand new home! I am especially enjoying the heated floors they installed in our master bath during these cold winter days! BV Contractors are very professional and organized. We had our master bathroom, bedroom, and closet remodeled by John and his group. They maintained the schedule they gave us which included wall construction, new plumbing, cabinet construction, electrical installation, tile work and tile heating, drywall, large closet organization, and shower glass installation. John and his crew were great! They repaired my deck, and it looks fantastic. He gave a starting date and an end date and hit both. How awesome is that?
